Returns & Exchanges


We hope that you love your new pieces but understand that it doesn't always work out. If you are not satisfied with the size, color or cut, you can exchange/return the product within 14 days after reception. Our products are carefully checked before shipping, however if you inadvertently received an incorrect or defective product, please do inform us as soon as possible. Some of our articles are being personalized and specially made when you order, the house can not accept returns or exchanges, please read our general conditions of sale.

In case you want to return an item, contact us at as a subject write RETURN.

In case you want to exchange an item, contact us at, as subject write EXCHANGE.

We will send you a free return shipping label. Otherwise, an item must be sent to our address with tracking number at your costs. Exchanged items shipping costs will be covered by Fine Furs. 

The product must be sent back securely wrapped with the original labels. The product must have never been washed or worn and shouldn't be damaged. Please enclose the receipt or invoice with the package.

If, in the rare case your item is faulty or has an imperfection, please send imagery to within 7 days of delivery of your order. We will arrange your item to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. The item needs to be unworn and with all tags in place. If we can't replace the item we will refund you. An item can't be deemed faulty if it's already been worn.
