Orders that are MADE TO ORDER are delivered within 10 working days unless otherwise specified.

 

 

Some of our articles are being personalized and specially made when you order, the house can not accept returns or exchanges, please read our general conditions of sale. In case of doubt, the customer service is at your disposal to choose the size that will suit you best.

An exchange/return policy is possible for certain items, mainly for products that are in stock and not customized and modified according to your measurements. Please contact customer service to find out if your item is eligible for this policy. Those products you can return within 14 days. Please attach to the package a form with your NAME, ORDER NUMBER and write there if you want to exchange your item for a different size or you want to return your money bank (in that case write your bank account information please).
